1. Pass out and go over "Midterm Study Guide"
Homework- 1. Make sure you are caught-up with where you should be at on your Informational/On-Demand Essay (On-Demand essay will be given in class on Tuesday, January 12th) 2. Begin to study for your midterm
Goal(s): I can...explain, identify, and demonstrate the differences between an informal essay and a narrative essay. I can identify what qualifies as factual evidence from a reliable source.

Warm Up - #10/Pass back papers/review/answers questions on midterm study guide
Lesson
1. Provide time in class for students to study for their Chp 8 quiz this Thursday and complete their Study Guide for Midterm (MUST complete) by Wednesday, January 20th (the study guide is DUE the day before the midterm)
2. I will be conferencing with groups of 4 students showing them techniques on how to study and answering any questions they might have on the study guides.
Homework - 1. Chp 8 Quiz is on Thursday, Jan. 7th 2. Midterm Study Guide is due Jan. 19th; Midterm is on Wednesday, Jan. 20th
Goal(s): I can...identify the strengths and weakness of our first Constitution, the Articles of Confederation, and WHY it was revised.
