NJHS- The next NJHS meeting will be held on Wednesday, January 15th in Mrs. Muldermans's room. Bring a bag lunch and a writing utensil.

Daily Goal(s): How to brainstorm for an in-class essay using citations

Long Term Goal(s): Utilizing citations with supportive details to justify the thesis statement in an essay.

Warm Up- Go over any questions on the Mid-Term Study Guide  - Practice "Preamble Song"

Lesson-  

-Read and go over 9.1 in your TCI textbook

-Complete 9.1-9.3 in your SIN (due Friday)

Homework -9.1-9.3 due on Monday

 Study for Midterm - is now due on Tuesday, January 21st  (The Midterm is Wednesday, January 22nd) 

Daily Goal(s): What does he preamble to our Constitution really mean?

Long Term Goal(s): Students will understand foundation behind the United States Constitution.

Debate

Warm Up - 15 Blank Note Cards are due

-Research facts for your debate (You should have 4 facts completed in order to be on track.) 

Homework - Need 15 blank note cards by Friday (tomorrow)!

Long Term Goal(s): Utilizing facts in a debate to back-up your opinion
